This suburban bungalow had already been renovated however further work was required to accommodate the young family and create an entertainers dream. Reconfiguring the existing footprint only partially solved the issues, so a 70sqm addition replaced the traditional leanto portion of the existing home. The new addition formed an open plan kitchen/dining/living area which opens up to the adjacent outdoor dining area and garden.
