Set within a hillside in Pauanui, this project is carefully positioned to engage with its elevated site. Living and sleeping areas are clearly defined, while maintaining visual connections between them. An outdoor deck extends from the main living space, providing a direct connection to the surrounding landscape. A palette of dark cladding and timber allows the building to sit comfortably within its bush setting, while light-filled interiors support a practical and considered living environment.
